Natalia Fatale Femme du Monde. Very nice Fashion Royalty from 2006, a limited edition of 1200 and quite hard to find. She is complete and appears never removed from her box. Everything is in very good condition, with likely peeling and deterioration of the faux leather on her bag and on glue on the shoes, as this nearly always happens to IT dolls from this era.
